Living with something daily as children, allows for the subconscious mind to absorb that which has been shown and displayed to them and unintentionally learn it as it is. Children are innocent creatures incapable of distinguishing between what is right and wrong, hence they will get used to what they live with as something ordinary -or should I say- THE ordinary.
However, if a different healthier and more self aware and reflecting pattern presents itself to the child, the latter will absorb what they live with and grow up to feel more worthy and effective in the society.
More on this is in the episode (in depth talk)

What do we expect from a servant we hire for our pleasures, favors, attention, praise, etc. for? If we are so obssessed with our fragile ego, self protection, and especially our image to the world, then we expect the best of the best; the best supply that never ends no matter how bored we become.
Only the best and the 5+ years experienced are the ones we are looking for to hire as the NARCISSISTIC SUPPLY.
Interested? Listen to this episode to know more about what it takes to be a narcissistic supply to the best narcissists out there.

Unlike the scapegoat in terms of strength in knowing the truth, strongwill, seeking justice, and determination to go after what they want, the lost child seems to isolate themselvs away from conflicts and suppress their emotions the majority of the time as coping strategy to the abuse.
They seem to possess many bad but also treatable traits and behaviours, but there is always hope for the lost child in the end.

This episode focuses on the role of the enabler in a narcissistic family. What they come from, who they are and ways on how to effectively deal with them.
Stick to your boundaries, maintain them no matter how hard they will try to step on them and eliminate the amount of contact you may have with them, equally as for the narcissist.
I hope you found this episode insightful in any way and I appreciate your patience and engagement.

OMG really? Do we really have such a right? Can we actually admit to ourselves that we have NO responsibility over others behaviors, actions, or problems?
YES, and yes! This right existed before we were even born, and before the narcissists ever dictated how we should carry an irrelevent responsibility over our shoulders of having to what others think, do, feel or what kind of problems they face.
We can simply admit this right to ourselves and just like the band Shinedown says "CUT THE CORD!", we can distance ourselves from the influence of the narc over our lives.
Thank you so much for listening to this episode, although a bit short. I hope it helps you set boundaries and set yourself free from the narcs shackles.

Be weary of the narcissist s move of acting nice all of a sudden. By the time you are attentive to the signs that worn you of the narc s strange kindness and sweetness towards you, even though you have been through so much because of them and their abuse, you will be strong enough to stand up for yourself, protect yourself and the ones you love, set boundaries, eliminate contact with them and move on for the better.
In most cases, though the signs are not always consistent and obvious, recognizing their pattern of behaviour and system of thought when they act nice will help you broaden your perspective of them, see them for they really are, confirm they will never change and diminish their power over you and be able to finally move on from their episode.

Holy moly with annoying humiliating conversations, Especially with the people who have these kinds of conversations with us. These conversations obviously make us feel uncomfortable and not belonging. So a good way to have dignity and respect for ourselves is to remember that we have this right of terminating them. Any way of putting an end to these conversations should work, even leaving works. Find out more about this in this episode and I hope you found this episode insightful and thanks for tuning in.

Under the influence and control of the narcissist we often think that looking after our needs and wants is selfish and too much for them. But let me tell you this: it's wrong to think that way! In fact we are all humans and we all deserve to have a right as fundamental as having one's own desires and needs met and treated decently. We all should remember and never forget about this personal right.
