Manipulation is such a big topic when it comes down to emotional triggering and abuse. It is an umbrella of tactics that abusers take advantage of to implement for their best interest at the expense of their victims.

In this episode, 6 are covered because I go a little overboard with each tactic but my intention is to get the point across regardless of how long the sentences I use to explain each tactic is.
